I was reminded just how perfectly peanut butter and chocolate go together when we were eating this pie a few weeks ago.  It’s like they were made for each other, haha. And the biggest plus, no baking! Especially since turning on the oven sets our AC into overdrive on these long summer days.
I made it for a dinner party our friends hosted – and it was a big hit! Especially for the peanut butter lovers of the group. Enjoy!

Peanut Butter Pie
4 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup and 1 tblsp peanut butter
1 cup confectionary sugar
1/2 cup milk
reese’s pieces
graham cracker crust - pre-made (usually near the crackers)
9 oz container of cool whip

Beat above until smooth. Fold in 9 oz container of cool whip and sprinkle with reeses pieces. Pour into graham cracker crust and freeze. Thaw 1/2 hour before serving.
