California Recap: Santa Barbara & a wedding

Thursday, May 30

Thanks to Central Time Zone we were up early and on the road to Santa Barbara by 7:30am. We didn't want to miss a minute of fun. The weather was absolutely perfection {not a cloud in the sky} on Saturday, all weekend actually, and I'm pretty sure it was God smiling down on Emily on her special day. She's the sweetest person and deserved that beautiful weekend more than almost anyone I know.
^^we took the Pacific Coast Highway {read: the scenic route} 2 hours north to Santa Barbara...the views were breathtaking and we stopped from some pics^^
^^we met everyone for breakfast at East Beach Grill {don't miss the wheat-germ pancakes} and then hit the beach}^^
^^followed by clam chowder and cocktails in the SB Harbor^^
^^then it was wedding time! the ceremony and reception were at the beautiful Fess Parker. look at these views^^
^^the gorgeous bride and groom, beaming all night^^
^^dinner and dancing the night away on the Pacific^^

It was a fairytale wedding and we felt so lucky to be included. Thanks again to the lovely bride and groom. We are wishing you a lifetime of happiness together!

P.S. Couldn't be more jealous of their honeymoon in Bora Bora right now. Heaven!

Tomorrow I'm coming at you with our last day on the West Coast - and then it's back to our regular programming.
