everyone feels like they could use a little improvement

  1. drink more water + eat more greens {which would also coincide with cutting back on my carb intake...}
  2. get organized
  3. use my video camera {i've already started on this - wait and see next week}
  4. make more home-cooked meals {i'm thinking soups and smoothies}
  5. always have fresh flowers in the house
