Crossing things off my to-do list: cooking class

Last week, I took a little cooking class with my lovely mother-in-law. We cooked up a feast fit for a king. On the menu:

- Shrimp Acapulco
- Spinach Salad with Southwestern Buttermilk dressing
- Smoked Grilled Rib-eyes with Sauteed Mushrooms
- Green Chile Rice
- Peach Crisp a la Mode

Yum yum!

And I crossed 1 thing off my summer to-do list. 7 to go...
